My name is Lorie, and I'm the brains behind the blog "She Writes For Food"

The idea forShe Writes for Food grew from a trip to Washington, DC in 2016 in the Newseum, the gift shop specifically. I know, right!

P.s The Newseum is still my all-time favorite museum; despite not being open to the public any longer..." insert sad face".

Today its a space dedicated to being your guide to Hawaii food and farms (and sometimes the politics of food) for people who love Hawaii and what our farmers grow!

When I'm not busy blogging, I love coffee, art and all things geeky and nerdy.
